Repair or replace? When professional shoe repair is worth it
The simplest rule: if the repair costs less than a third of replacing the shoe, repair almost always wins. A pair of leather dress shoes that cost AED 1,200 new, with a sole replacement at AED 275, gets you years of additional wear for under a quarter of the replacement cost. Even on a AED 800 sneaker, a AED 145 colour restoration is the clearly cheaper choice if the upper is still in good shape.
The two cases where replacement makes more sense: cheap fast-fashion shoes where the structure was never built to last, and shoes where the upper itself has structurally failed — torn beyond stitching, glue points that won't hold. Soles, heels, stitching, scuffs, faded colour: those are the easy wins. Bring the shoes in or ask us, and we'll be honest if a repair won't last.

Leather shoe and boot repair
Resoling, restitching, heel rebuilds, sole-guard installation, full colour restoration. Dubai's climate is brutal on leather. Dry heat plus humidity in the cooler months cracks finishes faster than most owners expect. A proper repair plus conditioning brings the leather back.
