What our shoe wash includes
Every wash is done by hand, material by material — never dunked and never spun. We clean the upper, scrub the sole, wash the laces separately, and sanitize the insoles, then finish with an antimicrobial step so the smell does not come back next week.
Drying happens flat or on a controlled rack indoors, away from direct sun, because harsh detergent residue drying in sunlight is exactly what yellows white soles. Suede and thick leather sometimes need an extra day, and we tell you on pickup if that applies.
